CURRENT DCS OPENINGS
Provide the Command with subject matter expertise and provide support to the Functional Area Manager (FAM) for the AETC installation/unit Operational Plans (OPLANs), and Contingency Plans, Continuity of Operations, AETC Exercise Program, Operations Security (OPSEC), Critical Asset Risk Management (CARM), Mission Assurance (MA), and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). Coordinate with MAJCOM-level Functional representatives to plan and analyze exercise requirements to include preparing requirements determinations, sourcing, validation, and execution of National, Joint and Command- level exercises.
Personnel working as Force Protection Business Process Consultants within the Air Force Security Forces Center are expected to have the background and skillsets to operate at the senior/executive level as their scope of responsibilities will include interactions and providing staff products/solutions to senior/executive level personnel within the Air Force Security Forces Center, Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, Headquarters Air Force and other Department of Defense (DoD) and government agencies.
Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years or more experience within the Force Protection subject area. Extensive experience at the Headquarters Air Force, MAJCOM and/or equivalent like staff agencies is also desired.
TSO - Portsmouth, NH
Transportation Security Officers (TSO) are responsible for providing security and protection to travelers across all transportation sectors in a courteous and professional manner.
Description: Perform security screening of persons, including tasks such as hand-wand (which includes the requirement to reach and wand the individual from the floor to overhead), pat-down searches, and monitoring walk-through metal detector screening equipment. Perform security screening of property, including the operation of x-ray machines to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo, and passengers; and prevent those objects from being transported onto aircraft. Control entry and exit points. Continuously improve security screening processes and personal performance through training and development.
Armed Guard II - DISA San Antonio Texas
ARMED SECURITY GUARDS- Requires Secret Clearance and Level III Certification.
Provide visitor support using the visitor In/Out-processes for DISA staff, Guards, vendors, service providers, and other visitors requesting access to a DISA Data Center
Validate visitor identification, Ensure visitation documents are complete, Capture Common Access Control (CAC) information from visitors, Verify visitor clearance level, Verify Visitor Access Request (VAR), Ensure proper badging is provided per process, Notify/coordinate with visitor POC, Respond appropriately to routine requests and inquiries related to physical security/entry control policy and processes, Perform physical security checks of the facility on a recurring
HARPS Guard I Lackland AFB
This position requires a NACI and fingerprint Clearance.
The candidate shall be capable of sitting for an extended period of time during the course of their 8-hour shift but are able to get up and move about within the area. CP shall be capable of bending, reaching, and lifting a minimum of 30 pounds to move and retrieve records or equipment.
The candidate will monitor all electromagnetic door locks, door contact switches, duress alarms and answer all telephone calls within the HARPS/Information Desk Control Area. This area is defined as the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) room, and the adjacent administrative area is commonly referred to as the Information Desk. • Personnel will monitor the Identipass, Genetech, and Premisys access control systems. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, and correspondence and create standard operating procedures. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
